UPSC CSE 2025: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has today released the notification for Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2025. This year the Commission has announced 979 posts for CSE. Last year the Commission had announced 1,105 posts. Out of the total posts to be filled through this examination, 38 posts are reserved for candidates belonging to disability category. Of these, 12 posts will be filled by candidates with blindness and visual impairment, seven posts will be for deaf and hard of hearing candidates, 10 posts will be filled by candidates with mobility disability, and nine posts will be filled by candidates with multiple disabilities. In 2023, UPSC had announced 1,105 posts, while in 2022 the number was 1,011, and in 2021 it was 712.
