A big statement from the Ministry of External Affairs has come out on the allegations of bribery in America against Adani Group company Adani Green Energy. The Foreign Ministry said that no prior information was given to the Indian government by the US in the Adani case. America did not follow the rules in this matter. “This is a legal matter involving private firms, individuals and the US Department of Justice. There are established procedures and legal avenues in such matters. We believe that these legal matters are being handled in a timely manner,” Foreign Ministry spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal told the weekly press briefing on Friday. “Procedures will be followed. The Government of India was not informed in advance on this issue.”
External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said, “Any request made by a foreign government for service of summons or arrest warrant is part of mutual legal assistance. Such requests are examined on merits.” “At present we have not received any request from America on this matter.”

Conspiracy to defame Adani Group failed, many leaders of India joined together, Congress remained isolated
Adani Green Energy has said in a stock exchange filing on Wednesday that the reports of bribery allegations leveled against it are false and baseless. Adani Green Energy said that the news of being charged under the US Federal Corruption Practices Act is completely wrong. The group also made it clear that there are no allegations against any member of the Adani family.
After this statement, a huge jump was seen in the shares of Adani Group on Wednesday and Thursday. On Thursday, both Nifty and Sensex fell by about one and a half percent, but most of the shares of Adani Group saw a rise. On Friday, a tremendous rise was seen in the shares of Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) and Adani Energy Solutions Limited. AGEL shares rose 23 percent to its intraday high of Rs 1,338.45. It has increased by 48.81 percent in just 3 trading days. Adani Energy’s shares also rose in a similar manner. This share increased by 19.53 percent to reach the level of Rs 869.40. It has increased by 44.62 percent in three sessions.

Not only the market, Adani Group has also received support from within the country and abroad. Many leaders of the opposition alliance INDIA Alliance have supported Adani Group. In such a situation, Congress has become isolated within its own alliance due to the false allegations leveled against Adani Group. Some leaders of the opposition alliance INDIA have taken a different stand from the Congress in this matter. This includes leaders of the Left Party in Kerala and Mamata Banerjee’s party TMC. At the same time, many countries have also supported Adani Group.
