The school has told that he is currently staying in the hostel of the residential school. The parents of late Atul Subhash have filed a petition in the Supreme Court for the custody of the child. They say the child is missing and they fear for his safety.
The school told that at present winter holidays are going on and no one has come to take the child home for holidays. During holidays, special arrangements have been made for him to stay in the hostel under the supervision of the school.
The school principal wrote a letter
Dr. Arun Kumar Sharma, Principal of Satyug Darshan Vidyalaya, a residential school, wrote a letter in this regard regarding the investigation of Marathahalli Police Station. A letter addressed to the police sub-inspector states that Atul’s four-year-old son is a student of a residential school.

The principal has also shared documents related to the child’s admission, which are now in the possession of IANS, including the admission form with specific details.
According to this letter, Nikita Singhania claimed that she is the sole guardian and single mother of the child and has removed the column to be filled with the details of the father.
The document states that the boy is currently staying in the hostel and has enrolled in class nursery in the school. The boy’s mother Nikita Singhania personally completed his admission process in the school.
Atul Subhash had committed suicide
Let us tell you that Atul Subhash had committed suicide after accusing his wife of demanding Rs 3 crore for divorce. In this case, the police registered an FIR against the accused under section 108, 3 (5) of the Indian Justice Code (BNS) on December 9 last year.
Atul Subhash’s brother Vikas Kumar had filed a police complaint at Marathahalli police station in Bengaluru, accusing Nikita Sinhania and other in-laws of instigating his brother to commit suicide.
Vikas Kumar alleged in the complaint that the accused have filed false cases against his brother (Atul Subhash) and have demanded Rs 3 crore to settle the case. He also alleged that his brother was taunted in the court during the proceedings that he would either have to pay Rs 3 crore or commit suicide.
At the same time, Nikita’s family alleged that deceased Subhash had demanded huge dowry from her family, due to which her father died.
Concern was expressed about the safety of the grandson
Atul Subhash’s father Pawan Kumar Modi had recently said that he is worried about the safety of his grandson. My grandson was an ATM for him. He took money on the pretext of taking care of her. He approached the High Court demanding Rs 20,000 to Rs 40,000. He appealed for Rs 80,000. Even after this she kept asking for more money. Therefore, we have approached the Supreme Court for the custody of the child, as he will be safe with us.
The Karnataka High Court on Monday rejected the plea to quash the FIR against Nikita Singhania in the alleged suicide case of Bengaluru engineer Atul Subhash.
