New Delhi:
You can guess the path that Bangladesh has taken today from the fact that today preparations are being made to erase the history related to Mujibur Rahman, who gave independence to the country. According to media reports, in the new textbooks released by Bangladesh, it has been said that Ziaur Rahman had declared the country’s independence in 1971. In the books till now, the credit for this has been given to Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. According to the media of Bangladesh, many changes have been made in the curriculum prepared for the students studying in primary and secondary classes as compared to earlier.
‘The title of Father of the Nation was also withdrawn’
According to media reports, the title of Father of the Nation for Mujiburman has also been removed from the new curriculum prepared in Bangladesh. The chairman of the National Curriculum and Textbook Board was quoted as saying that the new textbooks for the academic year 2025 will mention that Ziaur Rahman had declared the independence of Bangladesh on March 26, 1971. After this, on March 27, he made another declaration of independence on behalf of Bangabandhu.
Mujibur Rahman’s picture was also removed from notes
This case of Mujibur Rahman being removed from textbooks is not the only such case. A few days ago, Bangladesh started the process of removing Sheikh Mujibur Rahman’s picture from its paper currency by taking out the old notes from circulation.
Pakistani army will also enter Dhaka
According to sources, the Pakistani Army is planning to return once again to Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh. If this happens, the Pakistani Army will enter Bangladesh for the first time since 1971. Now in such a situation, it will be very important to see whether once again the same situation is going to arise in Bangladesh as it was before the independence of Bangladesh in 1971. The news of withdrawal of Pakistani army in Bangladesh is also a matter of concern for India as a neighbour.
Preparation for another movement in Bangladesh
Looking at the attitude of the students, it seems that once again the students in Bangladesh are preparing for a big movement. Along with this, students are also gathering for the Student March for Unity. It is being told that the agitating students are also demanding justice for those killed in the first movement. If this happens, then once again the role of a coup can be prepared through agitation in Bangladesh.
Jamaat-e-Islami is getting support
It is being said that Jamaat-e-Islami is behind the students who are coming forward to protest in Bangladesh. It is even said that Abdul Hannan is leading this movement of students. Let us tell you that when there was a movement against Sheikh Hasina in Bangladesh, Abdul Hannan was also in the news during that time. According to media reports, Hannan also held a press conference in Dhaka. In this conference, he had appealed to all the students to gather at Shaheed Minar. During that time he had said that the July Revolution would not be announced by the government but by thousands of students themselves.
