Know why the stomach is affected first when you feel cold (cold effect on digestion)

Dr. G.S. Lamba says, “People often suffer from indigestion when they feel cold. The main reason for this is the imbalance inside the body, which occurs due to physical and mental stress in cold weather. When the body is cold, our digestion process slows down. The digestive system requires a certain temperature to function properly, and when the body temperature drops, this process is affected.”

“The reason for digestive disturbances in winter can also be that people eat more fried or heavy food.
