1. Paschimottanasana (Seated forward bend)

By doing Paschimottanasana, the strength of the lower part of the body starts increasing. Actually, sitting for a long time increases stiffness in the muscles. In such a situation, this yoga asana, done while sitting on the mat, starts relaxing the pelvic muscles and also increases the blood flow in the body. By practicing this, the muscles of the legs get stretched, due to which this problem starts getting solved.

  • To do this yoga asana, sit on the mat and straighten both the legs. Now bend the body forward from the waist.
  • Extend both arms forward and hold the toes. During this, try to touch your forehead with your knees.
  • Remain in this posture for 30 seconds and then leave the body loose. During this period maintain control over breathing.
