In this survey of local circles, information was taken from 43,000 people. All these 43 thousand people are residents of 348 different districts of India. It has 61 percent male and 39 percent women. These people were asked how many hours you have lost in the last one year.

15689 people gave answers

15689 people answered this question. 39 percent of the people talked about getting 6-8 hours of sleep. 39 percent of the people spoke about 4-6 hours of sleep. 20 percent of the people spoke of about 4 hours of sleep. At the same time, two percent of the people talked about getting 8-10 hours of sleep. Overall, 59 percent of the people were found who said that I am not able to get 6 hours uninterrupted sleep.

Large reasons for sleep breakage

The survey found that the biggest reason behind repeated sleep in sleep is midnight bathroom trips. 72 percent of the people said that the main reason for their sleep obstruction is to go to washroom. Apart from this, if you talk about the reasons, then irregular routines, noise, mosquito problems and breakdown due to partner or children are the main reasons.

Lack of sleep gives many diseases

According to experts, lack of sleep calls many diseases. This not only causes fatigue and dark circles, but can also have severe long -term effects. Sleep experts say that prolonged sleep reduction can increase the risk of metabolic diseases like heart disease, obesity and type-2 diabetes.

With more doses, we have more side effects. ”
