He said that the then government had given the responsibility of organizing the Kumbh to a person who did not have faith in it. It is noteworthy that Azam Khan was in charge of organizing Kumbh 2013, because he was the Urban Development Minister at that time. He said that at that time the mismanagement at Sangam was such that the then Prime Minister of Mauritius had returned to Triveni crying without taking bath. In this way, Yogi Adityanath also raised questions on the preparations for Kumbh and giving its responsibility to Azam Khan.
