NIFT 2025 Entrance Exam: Ranchi-On behalf of the National Testing Agency (NTA), you will be able to apply online for the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) 2025 entrance exam till 06 January 2025. The entrance examination will be conducted in two formats: computer based test and paper based test on 09 February 2025. This year, centers will be identified for the examination in Ranchi and Dhanbad. Through the entrance examination, students will be able to join UG, PG and PhD programs for the session 2025-26. There are 16 NIFT institutes across the country. There are total 5330 seats.
This is the application fee
The application fee for General and OBC is Rs 3000 and for SC-ST and Disabled is Rs 1500. Candidates will be able to apply from 07 January to 09 January 2025 with late fine of Rs 5000. To correct the errors made in the application process, the correction window will be opened from 10th to 12th January.
There are 16 NIFT across the country
Students who are successful in NIFT 2025 will be able to enroll in UG, PG and PhD programs in 16 NIFT institutes across the country. Under the UG programme, students will be able to enroll in Bachelor of Design and Bachelor of Fashion Technology. Under PG program – Master of Design, Master of Fashion Management, Master of Fashion Technology courses will be included. Candidates who have completed UG and PG courses will be able to apply for PhD.
5330 seats in NIFT across the country
Students who are successful in the entrance examination will get a chance to enroll in 5330 seats available in NIFT institutes. NIFT campuses are in New Delhi, Chennai, Gandhinagar, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Jodhpur, Kangra, Kannur, Patna, Rae Bareli, Shillong and Srinagar.
