Washing machines, especially those that come with front loaders, often have tight seals. Moisture remains in it. The possibility of growth of bacteria and fungus is highest in these moist places. At the same time, bacteria are found the most near the seal, rubber gasket and detergent drawer. When dirt comes out of the clothes, it gets stuck to these places and when the washing machine is resting, millions of bacteria take birth. These bacteria and fungi can survive in all types of environments. All these touch the skin with the help of some medium or the other from the washing machine and give us infection. Image: Canva
