Yesterday i.e. on Tuesday, a lesson was organized at Akashdeep’s house. The marriage of both will take place on November 15 at a private resort located on Landra Sirhind Highway.

Monica is originally from village Gamdi in Sonipat district of Haryana. Whereas Akashdeep Singh is originally a resident of village Veerowal of Khadoor Sahib.

Akashdeep Singh is posted as DSP in Punjab Police. He was appointed last year by Punjab CM Bhagwant Singh Mann. Monica Malik is working in Indian Railways. Both have been part of the Olympic team.

Who is Akashdeep Akashdeep Singh was born on 2 December 1994 in Weroval village. His father Surinder Pal Singh worked as an inspector in Punjab Police. While his younger brother Prabhdeep Singh is also a hockey player and has also represented India at the international level.

Akashdeep Singh also initially played for Guru Angad Dev Sports Club. Seeing his excellent playing skills, his parents enrolled him in PAU Hockey Academy located in Ludhiana at the age of 12.

After this, Akashdeep went to Surjeet Hockey Academy of Jalandhar and stayed there for 4 years. During this time, he understood every nuance of the game very well and showed his talent by performing brilliantly in competitions organized at domestic and national level.

In the year 2011, Akashdeep Singh was made the captain of the Indian junior hockey team. Where he won a bronze medal for India in the Junior Asia Cup held in Malaysia in 2011.

Debut in senior hockey team in 2012 Akashdeep Singh made his debut for the senior Indian team a year later in the 2012 Champions Trophy. Where he performed brilliantly. He is known as the Goal Machine. Akashdeep has scored more than 80 goals for India so far. Akashdeep Singh led India’s attack in the Rio 2016 Olympics.

Who is Monica Malik? Monica Malik started practicing hockey in 2005. In 2007, Monica joined the academy under the day-boarding scheme. In 2009, Chandigarh Girls Team won the Gold Medal in the School National Games. Monica Malik also played an important role in this team.

In 2011, in the presence of Monica, the Chandigarh team won the bronze medal in the Junior National. In 2012 also, Chandigarh team had won silver medal in Junior National. Due to her excellent performance, Monica made it to the Indian junior team and won the bronze medal in the Junior World Cup held in Germany in 2014.

After this Monica started playing for Haryana. The effect of which was seen in the Haryana women’s team. The team won the silver medal in the Senior National Tournament in 2014. Monica was also a part of the Indian team in the Tokyo Olympics. The team could not succeed in winning a medal, but the performance was praised by everyone.
