The SDM gave permission without inspecting the venue. The organizers did not follow the prescribed rules, the people of the organizing committee created chaos. The organizers misbehaved with the police, did not make barricades or passages to control the crowd at the venue.

Stampede during Ram Navami in Indore in 2023
