Bhopal. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that all MLAs should work dedicatedly for the development of their respective assembly constituencies. We all have to worry about whether public work should be done on time.
Therefore, all MLAs should make a master plan for the next 5 years of their assembly, so that planned development of the area can be done. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing local public representatives and officials virtually in the review meeting of Gwalior and Chambal divisions at Samatva Bhawan (Chief Minister’s residence) today.
Social Justice and Disabled People’s Welfare, Horticulture and Food Processing Minister Narayan Singh Kushwaha, New and Renewable Energy Minister Rakesh Shukla and other senior officials were present in the meeting.
In the meeting, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that our government is fully committed to providing better services to the public by giving priority to development works. No kind of indifference will be accepted in this.
He thoroughly reviewed the ongoing and pending development works in both the divisions and said that the construction work should be completed on time, so that facilities can be available to the common people on time.
Take the public welfare campaign to every person
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that a public welfare campaign is being run in the state from December 11 to January 26, 2025. Adopting the spirit of ‘Your Government, Your Door’, the government has launched a campaign to reach out to the people. For this, all the MLAs and officers should go to every house and observe the progress of the campaign themselves.
Get the pending payment to the workers of JC Mills of Gwalior immediately.
While reviewing the pending works in Gwalior division, the Chief Minister said that information has been received about pending payment to the workers of JC Mills of Gwalior. Collector Gwalior and concerned revenue officers should complete the necessary action as soon as possible and provide their pending payments to these laborers. He said that no worker of JC Mills should be deprived of getting his due rights or claim payment.
All collectors should be careful, negligence will not be tolerated
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav took cognizance of the borewell related accident that took place in a village in Raghaugarh area of ​​Guna district and took information from Collector Guna. He said that the death of a child due to falling in a borewell is very sad. All collectors should ensure that such accidents do not recur. The government will not tolerate any kind of negligence. He instructed the collectors to take strict precautions to close the open borewells even in private premises. He said that collectors should prepare their field staff and should also spread public awareness in the society to ensure that borewells are not left open.
Establish Gau-Vansh Vihar in place of cow sanctuary
While discussing the issue of cow sanctuary development, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the word Gau-Vansh Vihar will be used instead of cow sanctuary. Because cow progeny does not reside in the forest. Adequate supply of fodder should be ensured for the cattle. Municipality and Municipal Corporation should properly manage small cow shelters in their respective border areas. The state government will make arrangements for the management of big cow shelters.
Additional Chief Secretary in-charge will review in Gwalior on January 8
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, after various demands were put forward by the public representatives of Gwalior division, told them that Additional Chief Secretary in-charge of Gwalior division, Mr. Ashok Varnwal will hold a meeting in Gwalior on January 8, 2025. All public representatives should submit their demands in writing. The government will take appropriate decisions after considering everyone’s demands. He said that now divisional officers of the Finance Department will also participate in divisional level meetings. These officers will be able to present their views and suggestions in financial matters of development works.
