Former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister and Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) president Mayawati has expelled her nephew Akash Anand from the party. Mayawati gave this information through social media platform. He said that Akash Anand, like his father -in -law, is expelled from the party in the interest of party and movement. A day earlier on Sunday, Mayawati removed Akash from all the posts including the National Coordinator. He also said that now he will not have any successor in the party till his last breath. Mayawati took this step after Akash’s father -in -law Ashok Siddharth was expelled from the party last month.
On Monday, Mayawati also explained the reason for this action of expulsion through a post on the social media platform X.
