What is vote information slip and how to download it
In this, the name of the voter, age, gender, constituency, polling station information and polling date are written.

If you do not know how to download the vote information slip, then let us tell you that for this you only have to follow these easy three steps.

• For this, you should use the National Voters Service Portal. (NSVP) Website (www.nsvp.in) then click on the search in the Electrol Roll Tab.
• You can search this in three ways (Mobile Number / Voter ID / Constituency)
• Click on the download in the sheet that comes.

These valid documents can be taken to polling station

While going to vote at the polling station, you must take one of the documents mentioned below with you.

• Voter ID Card
• Aadhar card
• PAN card
• Unique disability id card
• Service ID Card
• Bank passbook
• Health Insurance Smart Card (Ministry of Labor)
• Driving license
• MNREGA job card

How to vote in polling station

• The first polling officer will verify your name in the voter list and then your ID will check.
• The second polling officer will put ink on your finger and will give you a slip and will sign you on a register.
• After this, you have to give the slip to the third polling officer, show your ink finger and then go towards the polling booth.
• After this you have to vote for your vote and for this you have to press on the blue button. You can press the blue button in front of the party of your choice on EVMs.
• After voting, you will hear the sound of a beep and then a red light will burn in front of the name of the Candidate.
• After this, watch the transparent window seen in VVPAT carefully, in which the number, name and party symbol will be seen.

What is VVPAT box

• Voter Verified Paper Audit Trail – It verifies and confirms that your vote has gone to your favorite candidate.
• VVPAT boxes are also kept in the same compartment in the room where the ballot box is kept.
• A slip appears in the transparent window of the VVPAT machine.
• This slip has the name of the candidate and the party’s symbol.
• It appears for only 7 seconds and after that it goes into the sealed VVPAT box.
