While talking to Zoom, Riddhima said, ‘Her last two wishes were to marry Ranbir and get a house ready. So the house is almost ready and Ranbir is married. It was very emotional for us. I really wish he were here with us but I think God had other plans.
Ranbir wanted a big celebration and not a pompous wedding.
Talking about Ranbir and Alia’s wedding, Riddhima said, ‘In my wedding, father organized a grand celebration for his daughter, while his son took the other route. My wedding was very big. Because he wanted to do it and he did it too. When it came to Ranbir’s marriage, he said in clear words – ‘You know, there is a big wedding in our family, this time there is a big celebration…’ He said that Ranbir is a very simple boy. . Both Ranbir and Alia are very simple people.

Riddhima recalled what was in her mind when Alia and Ranbir planned an intimate wedding. He recalled those moments and said, ‘He said that we only want people who matter to us, people with whom we are in touch every day and we ourselves want to have a good time.’ He did what he said. He enjoyed his wedding a lot and he met everyone and spent time with everyone. Let us tell you that Ranbir and Alia got married in April 2022 at their home in Bandra. Now the couple are parents of daughter Raha Kapoor.
