When When Jorhat police came to know about this, help was sought from Mokokchung SP. After which Mokokchung police sent a team to investigate these people.
When the people of Nagaland came to know, they released 5 people including the injured, while the remaining 11 people were kept captive overnight and released the next day.
Confusion caused by civil dress and weapons
The local people considered the Assam Police team to be miscreants possessing sophisticated weapons. Because only three of them were in uniform and the rest were in civil dress. It is not right to trust Google blindly
It is not right to blindly trust Google Map. Sometimes the map may show the wrong path due to some reasons. For example, if a new road has been built, which is not updated on Google Map, then it may give wrong information. The road gets closed due to heavy rain, storm or storm. Even in such a situation, Google Map can give wrong information. Google Map works through GPS signals. Even if there is no network at some place, it can give wrong information.
