Maharashtra minister Dhananjay Munde shocks, first wife will have to pay 2 lakh rupees every month

Dhananjay Munde Family: A Mumbai court has said that NCP leader and Maharashtra minister Dhananjay Munde with his first wife “prima facie” domestic violence and he did a separate wife and daughter to Munde’s wife and daughter. The month was ordered to give interim alimony. Earlier this week, the Bandra Magistrate Court had also refused to accept Munde’s argument that he is not married.

Minister’s lawyer Sayali Sawant clarified that Munde’s first wife had filed a domestic violence case against him in 2020 and the court has not yet passed any order regarding the main petition. The Minister of Food and Civil Supplies has two children from the first wife. It is worth noting that Munde is currently facing criticism for the arrest of his close aide Valmik Karad in the case of extortion related to the murder of Sarpanch Santosh Deshmukh in Beed district.

Munde is also surrounded by corruption charges and the opposition is demanding the removal of them from the cabinet. Karuna Sharma, the mother of Munde’s two children, requested to give instructions on interim maintenance and compensation under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 during the pending case.

Bandra’s family court on Tuesday directed Munde to give the woman Rs 1,25,000 per month as interim spent allowance and Rs 75,000 per month to her daughter. However, the court refused to give any relief for his second child and said that as a son, he is not entitled to alimony because he has become an adult.

When was married

On the relationship between the two, the court said that Munde did a ‘will in 2017’, in which he admitted that the woman was his first wife. In the current case, the minister has denied all the allegations and even relations with compassion. The minister has said in his reply that no details were given to the alleged incidents of domestic violence.

The court said that in his election affidavit, Munde has mentioned the names of his two children as “dependents” with compassion. The court said, “It has been argued in the current proceedings that he never married the applicant.” It seems that the defendant is denying the marital rights of the applicant, which is similar to domestic violence. ”According to the affidavit filed before the court, the couple were living separately from 2020. According to Karuna Sharma, he married Dhananjay Munde on 9 January 1998. He claimed that it was an inter -caste love marriage and the couple stayed in Indore before going to Mumbai after marriage.

Karuna wants 15 lakhs every month

Karuna alleged that the relationship was fine by 2018, but later there was a sudden change in Munde’s behavior and started ignoring the petitioner and their children. Munde’s lawyer Sawant claimed that the matter has not been presented properly in some media reports. He emphasized that the court has not reached any final conclusion in the domestic violence case against the NCP leader. Sawant said that the order of interim speaking allowance has been given on the basis of financial reasons.

Meanwhile, the minister’s wife Karuna Sharma said that she will challenge the order of the family court in the High Court, as she is not satisfied with an interim alimony of two lakh rupees. He said, “I should be called Karuna Munde, because the court has considered me as the first wife of Dhananjay Munde. I had sought a monthly alimony of Rs 15 lakh, but the court has allowed only two lakh rupees. This amount cannot be spent in a city like Mumbai, so I will knock the door of the High Court.

Son is not supporting mother

Referring to his son, he said, “The only son of the Munde family is sitting unemployed at home. Valmik Karad, who was a servant, has assets worth more than Rs 4,000 crore, but there is no property in the name of the son of the Munde family. “Amid this development, Munde’s son defended him.

The couple’s son Cishiv Munde today issued a message saying that even though the Food Minister may have appeared strictly with his mother, he never treated his children hard. Cishiv also accused his mother of harassing him and his sister. However, Karuna said that the minister is pressurizing Shishiva. Karuna later told reporters that father and son do not want him to talk to the media, as they see this episode as harassment. Regarding Shishiv’s claim of harassing the mother, Karuna said that children have suffered losses due to their stressful relations with Dhananjay Munde. He claimed, “My son is being forced to issue a statement. Dhananjay Munde is the minister of the state. My children do not want to go to jail or get caught up in false cases. ”
