Cow lover Meghjibhai Hirani from Kutch in Gujarat has decided to marry his son and daughter in a unique way. In these weddings, instead of modern and flamboyant ceremonies, events will be held in accordance with Hindu culture. Not only this, the wedding card was also made from cow dung.

Not a single piece of plastic will be used anywhere in the entire wedding. Also, all the people present at this wedding have been requested to wear clothes according to Indian culture. People wearing short or tight clothing will not be allowed entry. Together with the family, the mandap will be decorated with cow dung and real flowers.

The wedding ceremony will take place from 21st to 25th January Cow lover Meghjibhai Hirani said that today people are spending unnecessarily on weddings. The marriage of my son and daughter will take place between 21st and 25th January. This wedding ceremony will be conducted completely according to Hindu customs. It is our collective duty to maintain the sanctity of the marriage ceremony in Hindu culture. The wedding starts with the wedding card. That is why we have also prepared the wedding card using cow dung and other natural things.

108 types of plants will be given to the daughter in the ceremony. Meghjibhai Hirani further told that a cow will be donated in the marriage. The entire mandap will be decorated with cow dung and real flowers. Keeping the environment in mind, 108 types of plants will also be given to the daughter. Brahmins will conduct the marriage ceremony with pure Vedic chanting. There will be no delay or haste in this. At present a lot of money is being spent on weddings, but the marriage of my son and daughter will be at minimal expense.

Daughter’s makeup will be done with cosmetics made from Panchgavya People spend a lot on beauty parlors during weddings, but on this occasion the daughter will be adorned with natural cosmetics made from cow’s Panchadravya. No one will be allowed to wear short clothes, be intoxicated or bring leather goods to the wedding. Shoes and slippers will also be taken off outside the verandah. Plastic will not be used in chairs or utensils.

Grains and vegetables from cow-based farming will be used in the banquet. Banquet has special importance in marriage. Special arrangements have been made for that also. For food, grains, fruits and vegetables sourced from farmers doing cow-based farming will be used. For this, orders have been given to the farmers doing such farming including vegetables 4 months in advance. Color, essence or saccharin will not be used anywhere in the food. Only desi cow milk, ghee and butter will be used in preparing food. In Kutch, milk and ghee will be purchased from individual cow farmers by paying them more than the market price.

The purpose of marriage is to save cows, environment and natural farming. The main objective of such marriage ceremony is to save cows, environment and natural farming as well as to make people aware of Indian tradition. Son’s wedding is on 21st January, banquet on 22nd January and daughter’s wedding on 24th January. A limited number of people have been invited to the wedding. There will be no expenses like crackers and beauty parlor. An attempt has been made to set a big example in front of the society through this marriage.
