Candidates are saying- not only different stages of written examination but also the stages of physical examination have also been reduced to more than the previous recruitment. So this time the exam will be more difficult.
Need intellectual skills with physical
The syllabus has also been reduced to heavy. Whereas experts say- Now the Thanedars need not only the body but also better intellectual skills. From law to decision -making ability should be efficient. Because of this, the format of the exam has now been changed. In which there will be testing of different subjects to logical capacity.
More confused than these rules
Earlier there was only one written test. Which used to have a question paper of 200 marks. After passing this, the candidates had to take physical examination. Then the interview and after this the merit list was released. Now there will be two written tests.
The first will be the preliminary examination. It will be of 100 marks and will have objective questions. As compared to the vacant posts, ten times the candidates will be qualified for the second phase of the written examination. There will be no negative evaluation in the preliminary examination. Confusion begins after preliminary examination.
Both papers will be of 300-300 numbers
The second phase of the written examination will have two question papers, each of which will be of 300-300 marks. It will also have a negative evaluation. Points will be deducted on giving wrong answers. The second phase of the written examination will have two sections of each question paper. For this, candidates have to prepare according to heavy syllabus.
In section A of the first question paper, questions related to governance, constitution, law will be asked in history, Indian society and section. At the same time, questions related to current affairs, economics, technology and environment will be asked in section A of the second question paper. There will be questions related to Reasoning, Data Interpretation in Block B.
Physical exam will be 100 marks
There will be three stages in the physical examination. The previous recruitment had an 800 meter race event, while this time there will be three events. It has races, ball throwing and long jump. Physical examination will be of 100 marks. It will have a 40-digit race and a 30-30-digit spherical and long jump. The better the performance, the more numbers will be given.
