Pentagon has given its reaction after the new Russian missile attack in Ukraine. The Pentagon said that the missile fired by Russia was based on the RS-26 Rubaz intercontinental ballistic missile. He said that the US had received information about this launch through channels meant to reduce nuclear risks.
