Islamabad: On the orders of the Government of Pakistan, the authorities have taken strict steps regarding the demonstration of the party of jailed former Prime Minister Imran Khan. According to the plan, authorities have banned all gatherings of five or more people in the capital and surrounding areas for two months. Due to this step of the authorities in Islamabad, the demonstration of Imran Khan’s supporters may already die down.
PTI had announced the demonstration
Let us tell you that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) had announced the demonstration last week. PTI had said that a demonstration would be held in Islamabad on November 24 to force the government to release its founder Imran Khan, who has been in jail for more than a year. After the announcement of the demonstration, the government imposed Section 144 in Islamabad under which there is a ban on the gathering of people.
