It is the character of Congressmen to do politics over death: BJP BJP has retaliated on Rahul Gandhi’s statement. State BJP’s media department in-charge Ashish Aggarwal wrote on social media account This irresponsible statement of Rahul Gandhi, who finds caste and religion in any sensitive incident, is not a new thing. Without knowing about the incident, only Rahul Gandhi, Jitu Patwari and Congressmen can make a malicious attempt to shine their politics by tweeting like this.

Ashish Aggarwal has said that the government has taken immediate action after this matter came to its notice.

The family staged a protest for 12 hours The family members sat outside the police station for about 12 hours on Sunday. PCC Chief Jitu Patwari and Bhim Army workers also remained adamant with him. The family agreed after the assurance of sending the demands to the government. Earlier, Satwas police station in-charge Ashish Rajput was suspended.

After all, what happened before the young man’s death? In what condition did the police arrest him? What happened that he lost his life? To know the answer, Dainik Bhaskar spoke to deceased Mukesh Longre’s nephew Shivram and brother Garib Longre.

The family protested on Sunday over the death of a young man in Satwas.

Uncle was fine when we went to get the money: Shivram Mukesh’s nephew Shivram told, ‘On Saturday evening at around 4 pm, two policemen took away uncle Mukesh from Sardar Mohalla and beat him. After a few minutes, I also reached the police station with my other uncle Garib Longre following me. We thought that nothing would happen on Sunday. When we spoke here, ASI Siddhanath Singh Bais Saheb said that the charges seem serious, if you bring 6 thousand rupees, then the charges will be reduced. It was around 6 o’clock at that time. Uncle (Mukesh) was sitting safely in a room in the police station.

Both of us went to arrange the money. Returned to the police station around 6:45 pm. Here saw that the policemen were secretly putting uncle in the car. I recognized. When asked, no one replied. They left with the car. We also followed him. They took uncle to civil hospital.

Here he was locked in a room and locked. The police did not even open the gate. Didn’t even let me see it even after 24 hours. Just said that Mukesh has tried to hang himself. Saw uncle getting thrown in the hospital, not after this.

Police came in front of us: Garib Longre Mukesh’s brother Garib Longre said, ‘Brother was a mason by profession. Two policemen had come to the locality. We were also standing there. He told Mukesh that he has been searching for you for three days. We also refused, but they did not listen. Even when I asked why he was taking me, he did not tell me anything. Took away by beating them. The police did not even tell about the woman’s complaint. Just said that there is a huge penalty on this. Even if you sell the land, nothing will happen.

Sister said- Our brother was killed by the police Mukesh’s sister Jashoda Bai said, ‘Our brother has been killed by the police. Then he said that he had hanged himself. You fool us. How can someone hang himself on a 5 feet window? Many policemen were also present in the police station at that time. Is this why the government has hired you? Did you bring your brother so that you could kill him? Notes have been given, hence no action is being taken. All policemen should be dismissed.

Police said- Mukesh was brought for questioning SDOP Ketan Adlak said that Mukesh was called for questioning at 4 pm on 26th December. However, in this case neither any case was registered against him nor he was an accused. Because the woman had complained, she was made to sit in a room near the detail room for questioning.

There is also a window in this room. Mukesh tied one end of the towel to the window and wrapped the rest around his neck. After this he gave a hard blow. Policemen arrived immediately after hearing the sound. The towel was removed from his neck and taken to the hospital, where the doctors declared him dead.

The family was also shown the room where the youth had hanged himself.

Sajjan said- the matter has reached Rahul Gandhi State Congress President Jitu Patwari and former minister Sajjan Singh Verma joined the protest along with their family members. Jitu Patwari demanded the dismissal of the former staff of the police station. Former minister Sajjan Verma said that the matter has reached Rahul Gandhi. On his instructions, the state Congress will provide financial assistance of Rs 5 lakh to the family of the deceased.

At the same time, the PCC Chief said, ‘I have seen the incident site, looking at it it seems that no person can hang himself there. He has been murdered. On the other hand, the attitude of the police is also painful. The entire police station should be suspended. CM Mohan Yadav should resign. He is not worthy of Home Minister.

The responsibility of Home Minister should be handed over to someone else. The state government should make arrangements for the upbringing and accommodation of children. An assistance of Rs 1 crore should be given to the family. I will also write a letter in this regard. This matter will be raised in the House also.

State Congress President Jitu Patwari also sat on strike with his family.

Financial assistance of Rs 50 thousand was given to the family. Kannaud SDM Praveen Prajapati said that at present, financial assistance of Rs 50 thousand has been given to the family by the Red Cross Society. The family has demanded Rs 1 crore, house, 11 acres of land and a government job for a family member. All demands have been asked to be given in writing, which will be sent to the government for approval.
