Prashant Bhushan: Truth Labs was established in the year 2007. This is India’s first non-government full flashed forensic lab. Truth Labs has confirmed that 93% of audio tape matches the voice of CM N Biren Singh.
Sg tushar mehta: The report of Truth Labs cannot be trusted. The audio clip has been sent to the Central Forensic Science Laboratory (CFSL).

CJI Sanjeev Khanna: Saying to the Solicitor General- I do not even know the truth of the transcript, when will the CFSL report come? It should be investigated. Do not let it become another issue. File the report within a month. The state is now moving backwards. We also have to see whether this court should hear this case or the High Court.
Prashant Bhushan: The audio clip was recorded by a person during a meeting held in a closed room with the Chief Minister of Manipur.
Sg tushar mehta: Investigators have approached the person who uploaded on the audio clip x. Another issue is also that there is a kind of burden on the petitioner. His ideology is separatist. The report of the three judges committee also states that they are constantly keeping this issue a matter.
