It is being told that in this meeting a consensus has been reached on the name of CM in Maharashtra. Now just the name is yet to be announced.

Eknath Shinde refused to take part in the government!

According to the information, Eknath Shinde is not ready to take the post of Deputy Chief Minister. This has come to light in the information received from sources. There was discussion with Shinde in the meeting with Amit Shah. Now efforts are being made to convince Eknath Shinde. It is being told that Shinde has demanded the post of Chairman of the Legislative Council. Apart from this, demand has also been made for Home Ministry and Urban Development Department. Today again there will be a meeting of Mahayuti in Mumbai. A meeting of Eknath Shinde, Devendra Fadnavis and Ajit Pawar is also going to be held. The solution is likely to emerge in the next two days!

In the meeting that lasted for about two hours on Thursday, first Amit Shah and JP Nadda met one Nath Shinde, then the three Mahayuti leaders Eknath Shinde, Ajit Pawar and Devendra Fadnavis met Amit Shah and JP Nadda. Now today the meeting of Mahayuti leaders will be held in Mumbai. After this meeting, these leaders will then have talks with top BJP leaders.

…So has the name of the Chief Minister been decided?

When Eknath Shinde was asked about the meeting held last night, he said that the meeting was good and positive. He did not tell anything more than this. Now time will tell what was decided in the positive meeting. At present, there is suspense on the post of Chief Minister of Maharashtra. Before this meeting, a meeting of Devendra Fadnavis and Ajit Pawar was also held at Sunil Tatkare’s house in Delhi. There is a problem regarding some ministerial posts!

According to sources, a consensus has been reached on the names of the Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister. But there is still a deadlock regarding some ministerial posts. According to the information, Eknath Shinde wants Home Department and Urban Development Department along with Deputy Chief Minister. The Deputy Chief Minister has been decided and there is also agreement on giving the Urban Development Ministry, but BJP wants to keep the Home Department with itself. At the same time, Ajit Pawar wants the Finance Ministry along with the post of Deputy Chief Minister, which is almost certain to be given. Apart from this, the distribution of remaining departments will be based on the numerical strength of the MLAs. According to sources, the name of the Chief Minister has been agreed upon in tomorrow’s meeting, but it will be announced in the BJP legislature party meeting. Inspectors can also come from the center for this.
