BJP’s organization elections are starting in Haryana but the chair of state president Mohan Lal Badoli is safe. Due to good tuning with CM Nayab Saini, the central leadership of BJP will not remove him.

The combination of Saini and Badoli is also fitting the BJP’s OBC-Brahmin vote bank combination. Apart from this, there are a total of four reasons, including victory in the assembly elections, due to which Badoli’s claim to remain on the post of President has been strengthened.
At the same time, the central leadership of the party has given indications about this to the state in-charge of the party and other big leaders. This is the reason why in the BJP meeting held in Delhi on Sunday i.e. 29th December regarding organizational elections, the change of state president was discussed in only 7 states.
These include Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, West Bengal, Jammu and Kashmir and Jharkhand. There was no discussion regarding the election of Haryana President in the meeting.
How Barauli came into the safe zone, 4 big reasons…
1. Big Brahmin face of the party Mohan Lal Badoli was made the President of Haryana BJP just before the assembly elections on 9 July 2024. Before the assembly elections in the state, BJP had played the Brahmin card here. In Haryana, both OBC and Brahmin communities together have more than 28% voters.
Earlier the responsibility of BJP state president was with CM Naib Singh Saini. During his tenure, BJP appealed to OBC voters. After this, when Naib Saini became the CM face, the central leadership gave the responsibility of the organization to Badoli, because he is a big Brahmin face of the party in Haryana.
Since the Jat vote bank of the state is inclined towards Congress and also regional parties like INLD and JJP. In such a situation, BJP wants to keep the vote bank politically strong by uniting OBCs and Brahmins.
2. Contribution to the victory of assembly elections BJP has come to power for the third time in the Haryana Assembly elections. BJP won 48 out of 90 seats. The organization was also considered a major contributor to the victory in this election for the third time. During the elections, Badoli had made a stormy tour of all the 90 assemblies of the state along with all the 22 districts. Along with appeasing the angry workers, Badoli is believed to have played a big role in convincing the rebels.
3. Good knowledge of the organization Mohan Lal Badoli has good knowledge of the organization. The biggest reason for this is his long working hours in the organization. In the year 1989, he joined Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). After this, he joined BJP in 1995 and was made the Mandal President of Murthal.
In the year 2020, he became the district president of BJP Sonipat. In 2021, he became the state general secretary of Haryana BJP. This time he is getting the benefit of his long experience in the organization while assuming the responsibility of the post of President.
4. Good tuning with the government Barauli has good tuning with Haryana Government. He is walking shoulder to shoulder with CM Nayab Saini. CM Saini also appears with Badoli in every small and big program of the organization. His coordination has also been appreciated by the central leadership. The central leadership of BJP does not want any hindrance in the work of CM Saini in any way. In such a situation, trust has been expressed on Badoli instead of the new president.
