Seoni. Three people together cheated Rs 55.83 lakh from nine bank accounts of retired engineer of PHE. When the victim Rajendra Prasad Thakur came to know about the fraud, he has complained about it at Dundasivani police station.
Rajendra Prasad Thakur told the police that Vinod Janghela, who lives in his neighborhood, used to drive his car. Due to being unwell, he also used to take help of Vinod Janghela in household goods and back transactions.
He also took Vinod to the bank for transactions in the bank. Due to this, the bank’s staff also recognized Vinod. Vinod took advantage of this with two other colleagues.
Rupees withdrawn from these bank accounts
Rajendra Thakur’s accounts are in 09 banks, including State Bank of India, Maharashtra Bank, Canara Bank, Punjab National Bank, Central Bank of India, Yuko Bank, IDBI Bank, Indian Back, Bank of Badoda, Bank of India, Union Bank Off India includes.
In these bank accounts, Rajendra Thakur’s savings amount, FD, deposited about 55 lakh 83 thousand rupees. Rajendra Thakur’s mobile has two SIM card numbers link in bank accounts. With this, he also runs the phone and makes transactions through checks of all bank accounts, ATMs and phones of bank accounts.
SIM was not found in mobile, then cheating was detected
The victim told the police that when he was calling his relative from his mobile, he was not getting a call. Rajendra then showed his nephew the mobile.
Then nephew Saurabh Thakur checked the mobile and saw that both the SIMs in the mobile were missing. If you checked the message there, the messages were also deleted. When we checked the bank accounts, it was found out that millions of rupees have been withdrawn.
When the victim Rajendra Thakur went to check the bank’s accounts on doubt, it was found that from various bank accounts, Google Pay, India Pay, Checks of Bank accounts, Vinod Janghela, Aman Verma, Shriram Verma through almost by ATMs. 55 lakh 83 thousand 456 rupees disappeared.
All three arrested
On this, when Rajendra Thakur went to Vinod’s house, it was found out that he is missing from the house, then he has filed a report at Dunda Seoni police station. The police have registered a case against the accused Vinod Janghela, Aman Verma and Shriram Verma and arrested the three accused.
