BJP has declared many district presidents from 60 districts of Madhya Pradesh. The announcement is on hold due to pressure from big leaders and political equations in other districts. The central leadership is reconsidering, due to which the list is being delayed.

State Bureau, Naiduniya, Bhopal: After the nine-day exercise from Bhopal to Delhi, BJP on Monday announced 18 district presidents. Before this, the presidents of Ujjain and Vidisha had been announced a day before. In Gwalior-Chambal, Jaswant Jatav, who left Congress and joined BJP along with Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia, has been made the president of Shivpuri. Earlier, BJP had declared Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan’s close aide Maharaj Singh Dangi as the district president of Vidisha district of parliamentary constituency and Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav’s home district Ujjain as the district president and Sanjay Aggarwal, close to the Chief Minister, was made the Ujjain Nagar district president. Declaration based on equations
The party will now announce other district presidents only on the basis of political equations. Pachauri could not be repeated in Bhopal, Ravindra Yeti is the new District President – Ravindra Yeti has been made the city president in Bhopal. Trust only on old presidents
In some districts, trust has been expressed only on the old presidents. Dharmendra Sikarwar has been given command again in Guna, although he is still a member of the Scindia camp. Similarly, Pradeep Jaiswal in Ratlam and Chandrabhan Gautam in Chhatarpur have once again been given the command of the organization.

Before the Lok Sabha elections, the district presidents of Mauganj, Chhatarpur, Panna, Maihar, Harda, Burhanpur and Ratlam were changed, they have been repeated again. In 18 districts, a woman has also been given the command of District President. Vandana Khandelwal has been made the district president of Neemuch.
Names of other district heads stuck
The party will now announce district presidents on the basis of priority as per political equations. An exercise was being conducted since January 2 regarding the District President. Party officials claimed that the district president would be declared by January 5.
